All I'll do for Malephar is make the ears longer so it's a horn-like shape, instead of parasites on his arms, have black tentacles wrapped around his arms tightly, a pretty red cape to show the regal stuff and king of Hell thing, the ACTUAL pentagram (an upside down star) replacing the Pagan star on his stomach, get rid of the stuff under his eyes and have his pupils be more snake-like because his already have a lot of goat attributes, changing the feet to look more normal, make his teeth longer, and small black streaks on the cuffs of his gloves. Also he's 6'1" and a straight ally.

Malephar has no faker form/disguise because of the whole "temptation and persuasion" thing, plus he doesn't need one.

For 2024 EXE, he won't have a faker form due to him being really good at acting, he'll just kinda weaponize the "looks can be deceiving" phrase and make it believable that he's harmless until he decides to drop the act.
