Replacing S3 Sonic sprites with S1 because Sonic 3 sprites in Sonic 1 WAS out of place.

Today, me and Better FLY (the creator of Sonic 2008) are making Sonic 2008: Director's Cut. it's like this retake but changes to Tails and Knuckles levels.

The game is changing engines from SSW to Splats Framework (made by @ls_develop ) because @FTH5931 told me in @luigikidgaming 's Discord server said that SSW is buggy so I decided to switch it.
