Hi!
I had an idea that I will fix the game a little bit but I need you guys vote for one mode that I could add if you want (without promise). What mode do you want to add? you ask. Well it looks like a big project which I think that turbowarp won't handle. But I can make a test. But I have one plan to make before I tell you about the mode and that is making the game MUCH easier. Because as Kokor3310 said that no one can't beat this game with lack of checkpoints and hard enemies which they are hard to counter. And as every youtuber and me said (I mean Syobon Karo, Kokor3310 and M&N_Slayer) that this game is too much repetitive. Well I can't make the combat much fun. I took Syobon Karos idea that the characters must be faster so I changed that you won't walk anymore, you will always run. Then he wanted to change the run to attack when you press spacebar and walk with key arrows. So I changed that even that wasn't good. I am out of ideas about combat but I have to change few things about combat. Kokor3310 hates such as I that the enemies instantly hits after you go to the next background. So that will be fixed. Then there is one issue which I know for a long time that the enemy hits you from a long range and he can hit you after he dies (Ghost hit
). I hope that i will fix that too. So here's my plan.
Version 1.3 Fix Update (last update)
What to expect:
3 files with difficulties (Tutorial mode (Before it was P*ssified mode), Normal mode, Bunker Maniac mode) (In tutorial mode you will have only one round with enemies not 2 or 3 rounds.)
Few annoying fixes (If turbowarp lets me fix it)
Deleting Arena mode (Maybe)
Adding checkpoints to level 4, 5, 6, 7
Release: minimal = this year, maximum = next year (I won't promise because I dont have much time for too many projects)
There will be previous update 1.1
I hope atleast that I make this update which I was hyped on because I am bored with normal mode. So I really want to make Bunker Maniac mode with lack of motivation. If I'll do, that would be great. I played bunker mania 17 times (That is like around 80 - 90 hours specificly with that 85 hours but when I played for the first time that I count 5 hours of playing level 3 because of my skill issues and playing level 4 for 5 hours because it was harder before, level 5 for 2 hours because it was harder too, level 6 because the boss fight was hard before that took me like 2 hours and level 7 there were no checkpoints and I had few crashes so it was like 7 hours just playing level 7. That took me for the first time. Now this game takes me around 4 - 5 hours.).
Version 1.5 Bunker Mode (very last update after votes)
What is it?
It is like rpg building and raiding mode with randomized bunker maps and levels. You can build your bunker (Well upgrading your bunker
). Inviting your people to your bunker and their mission is to guard the bunker. There would be random enemies (not non-entities). The story mode characters in this mode will have very low chance to spawn.
Warning it is very repetitive and it has many bugs!
What to expect (repeated):
Bunker Mode
Some fixes
New Achievements
But will I promise that I'll finish? Well it depends on my motivation. Because my main goal about this game was to make a 2 hour game and it was test for my discipline. It was little bit bad but I got it through. When I made half of the level 4 in scratch. There i lost almost all discipline and motivation to make Bunker Mania Arcade Edition. But with friends support I could make it happen so thanks guys!
My last words about vote
So as I wanted to say that. If you want the Bunker mode and you are a bit interested in then atleast 10 people must vote YES for a new bunker mode (Not promised) but if there wont be 10 or there will be more votes for NO, then the last update of Bunker Mania would be version 1.3.
I will give you 14 days to choose while I will be working on version 1.3
But dont forget this game will be still repetitive, boring and "relaxing" as before.
Btw THANK YOU GUYS FOR 177 VIEWS THAT IS GREAT!
