Info: He will often spawn Randomly in your office offering you a beer. Get it i know it was a terrible pun but BE WARNED!!! the beer he will offer you will give a 50% chance of +10% Power or a dozzy affect by making your screen wobbly and dizzy just like Funtime-Chica including slowing time down.
