Just got a quick update here, game is no longer planned to be made in Unity. Current plan is now to use Clickteam Fusion for both this and FNaSD:R.
Still trying to learn Fusion right now, but once I got it figured out, both Zane's Italian Dining and Steve's Diner Reborn will have all development shifted over to Fusion.
