New update v1.2 - Minor visual fixes

This update has a few minor bug fixes in it. They are all visual fixes so there’s nothing that effects gameplay.

Fixed an issue for first time players where the glowing rectangle on the upgrade screen was off center by about 18 pixels
Fixed an issue in the UI where the build / tool buttons would become too dark if you didn’t have enough money to buy it, so I lightened it up so you can still see the icon
Fixed an issue when playing in windowed mode where the mouse cursor would change into a standard Windows cursor rather than the game’s custom cursor
