0.0.5 - 0.0.6 Changes
- Drastically changed rounds spawns and timers to shorten the overall length of the game.
- Nearly Doubled All Enemy Speed, reduced health by a large amount to compensate (between 20%-60% based on the enemy)
- Drastically reduced the cash that enemies drop, but also drastically reduced the upgrade price of all towers.
- Tons of balance changes to towers.
- Arrow Tower can no longer reach insane firerate and now caps at 5 shots per second. Regular damage decreased, pierce slightly improved. Once all upgrades have been purchased, the arrow tower gets a final boost to damage, pierce, and arrow speed.
- Sweeper Tower was the single most OP tower in the game until now (still really powerful). Pierce reduced drastically for all upgrades, Attack Speed lowered slightly. Sweeper Spike speed lowered slightly. Damage lowered significantly. The sweeper is now more appropriately powered in accordance to its price. Additionally the amount of rotations each spike has is no longer tied to the tower's pierce, while this was to fix a bug associated with such, it does make the sweeper tower a little bit more powerful in its early tiers.
- Crystal Tower was very niche and only super useful really late into the game, its attack speed was very slow and upgrades cost so much you'd never be able to get them. It's power is relatively unchanged, but prices are much cheaper and it fires at twice the speed as before. This makes the AMP far more useful.
- Midas Tower is a tricky tower to balance because it usually ends up either being way over powered or under powered. To try to mitigate this, the tower is now hardcapped with how much money it can make per round. Its pierce no longer drains naturally, but the tower only places a gold pool at the beginning of a round instead of periodically. It can gain up to 10 cash per enemy hit and at max pierce can hit up to 100 enemies per round, maxing the tower gain at 1000 per round if cash gain and pierce are maxed out. Additionlly, once cash gain is maxed, it doubles the value of any enemy that it hits. This doubled effect can only occur to each enemy one time.
- Added two new maps
- Riptide Rapids - A rocky pass in desolate waters. Use rafts to give your towers an edge.
- Aopz Thw Kvlzu'a Lepza - Kvbisl jspjr aol whnl vul pjvu av mpuk aopz thw.
- Added 3 new achievements, 2 for beating the new maps in hard mode and 1 for finding the map that does not exist.
- Various Bugs have been fixed: Ash fields being impossible; Sweeper Tower's pierce being affect by other sweepers; Not being able to see tower upgrade box if placed too close to an edge; Miscellaneous minor bugs here and there.
Update 0.0.7 Preview
