Changes:
Arrows in the options and difficulty menu should now disappear when the highest or lowest value is reached.
The increase in magic, rare and epic monsters per level is now limited to the maximum number of monsters on the map.
Magic, rare and epic monsters now gain an extra magic suffix after a boss is defeated up to a maximum of four magic suffix in total. This will cause a crash on all pre-0.0.1.4 saved games!
Updated some of the lighting.
The calculation of damage per second in the inventory menu now also includes critical strike chance and damage.
Increased the rate of fire of burst rifles and optimized the projectile spawning.
Fixed some bugs in the enemy suffix.
Fixed a bug where epic monsters would not spawn with the Rippler suffix.
