Updated the demon wall and tile graphics.
Slightly updated the player graphics.
Changed the color of the Demon boss and Husk of the Demon legendary pentagram explosion.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
