Added more levels. Now 12, up from 7.
Revised old levels for better design and slight difficulty decrease.
Added a new enemy.
Added new music.
Touched up backgrounds.
Fixed problem where some tiles would be displayed incorrectly.
Fixed player incorrectly grapling walls after bouncing off a spring.
