So I’ve been busy planning the future of the game - all the features, changes and tweaks that I want for Necken. It will take a lot of time before I get there, but one update at a time I’ll get it there! =D
The first thing I need to sort out is my work schedule. It’s probably really not that interesting for anyone to read, but the amount of hours that I put into the game is nowhere near what I want. The first change is to set up more deadlines, this being the first.
This weekend I will upload v0.9 of Necken, featuring a reworked menu system, animations and a few new sprites. And, most importantly, saving data between levels. You won’t start from scratch on the next level anymore =D Also, being able to choose between automatic or manual tile activation.
So, by the end of the week I’ll upload the new version as I said, and hopefully you guys will let me know what you think of my updates!
