This is a modified Bouncer, dropping delayed bullets as it moves. I think it's going to be a super cool enemy for Hyperslice

I really like these new Spinner enemies! They can't take damage while moving so you have to hit them when they charge or push them to stun first

Might have went a little overboard with the bullet amount on this enemy 😅
