News and Fixes

Well, I never thought I’d actually be updating a brick. To be honest, I only made it because of an inside joke me and my ginger friend had (thus the title ingame).
After seeing how much popularity games with a lack of effort get in current day games with things like Grass Sim and Rock Sim popping up, it’s no surprise that this is greatly reviewed… somehow.
I am working on fixing this up before continuing work on an /actual game/ which I’ve had in the works for a few months now (which I wouldn’t mind help with if anyone is interested).
The fixes will be done and up later today.

These fixes include:

  • Optimization fixes, motion blur will be slightly altered along with the way shadows are being rendered, also Bloom optimization.

  • Support for Mac and Linux.

  • Day/Night cycles last much longer.

  • Antialiasing Reduced.

  • Edge Detection.

  • New Dialogue Banner.

I’ve also added a new game icon. Why do you people like these sort of games…

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.

"Our work is never over" they said.

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

ooh yes..
