NEWS - Granny: Revamp/Legacy - February 2026

There had been a major question about the mobile port for the revamp recently.

Mobile port of newer version 1.7+ HAS NOT yet cancelled.

The 1.1.2 version mobile port remains available and will remain available to download. And it is not the final release for mobile. A newer updated mobile port shall be launched. And it is NOT cancelled as said earlier. A lot of rumors have been circulating about the mobile port. This will address them and clarify.

  • While I had personally said it is "expected" to release around January to February, the release is now experiencing delays, making a February launch unlikely too.

  • The goal is likely to launch in 2026, and the focus is on making sure the mobile port matches the quality of the current PC version.

  • Extra development time is recommended to deliver the best possible experience without rushing. Rushing will not happen in any way.

  • It will arrive this year, but that doesn’t necessarily mean in November or December; it could also be March or any other month left in 2026.

  • It will launch This Year...

    No specific release date; the release month will be given to avoid confusion or false expectations.

Return of Supreme Evil Grandpa (the effect was added in late 1.5, but was removed, and now updated, and added again with improvements).

v1.7.3+ & Hotfix Released - Granny Revamp/Legacy.

Enhanced item drop mechanics, allowing easier passage through grates and additional improvements. Items now phase seamlessly through grates, and much more. Click Read article for further information.

v1.7.9+ Released - Granny: Revamp/Legacy Fixed duplication issue with the crossbow and pepper spray when starting a new day while having with either of Granny’s weapons. This update serves as one of the final releases for base for upcoming Mobile port.

v1.7.2.5 Hotfix Released - Granny Revamp/Legacy

Additional recommended hotfix release. Some seeds were inherently unplayable due to special key/playhouse issues. This fixes it; this may affect several saved seeds for speedrunning or regular play.

v1.7.8+ Released - Granny Revamp/Legacy Expanded pride theme for the Holiday + Enemies with Hearts on them. Slide H.D on Seasonal to turn it on.

Added "Glitches" option in the visuals menu that disables speedrun glitches for casual play, which is off by default. For more details, please see the attached changelog.
