Communism and anarchism
Whoever suicide encourages they will get 1-2 years in prison. If the person who successfully gets the person to kill them-self they will get a death sentence or execution on how horrible it was. If it was attempted, The person who suicide encourages it will get 5 - 8 years in prison or a death sentence.
