Hiya guys and gals! It's Nocturna/Andrew here again (not a surprise).
As promised, I bring you awesome people more FNaTI updates. I don't have much to say for this, but I'm deciding to post this anyway as I've kept all of you in the dark for a lot of things, so I thought it'd be better to keep you guys more updated. Let's get into it.
To start off, the team has been working on finishing the main shift graphics. As stated in my last update, we'll finish everything for the main game, then move into cutscenes, then bigger stuff like Pirate Caverns. With this system, I expect to have this game done in September-late November. Exciting!!! We've been working hard to make this game look nice. Our very first version of this reboot had...Terrible graphics, and what we've been working on is a big step up from everything else. We're close to finishing the updates to all the rooms. We already have a good chunk of renders done, so we don't have a lot left to do for the main shift.
With us still working on things like the graphics, programming has been slow. As mentioned in the last update, we experienced a bug that forced us to restart the main shift from scratch. We're still working on it, but things have been coming smoothly. I have two people working on coding the game, so things are going quickly. The team has been pushing through like always. We will not stop until this game is done!
With all of that said, there's not much else I have to say...Oh! One of my programmers recently started working on a tech demo for a special thing we plan to include in the game. It's coming out really nice, here's a screenshot:
That's all I have to say, thanks, everyone. More to come soon!
