"Their loathing. these emotions." "She will make a fine addition, Sixer and Noob..." "You fuel their suffering..." "You add more to my ship." All dialogue being more likely from the Spectre. Shown in imagery, (both the sky and the water) The Spectre is obviously visible and actively interactive in the lore. We have yet to see the Spectre in anyone else's lore full excluding Guest 1337, Slasher, Elliot, C00lkidd, and 007n7.

We can't forget how it's been implied the Spectre literally tormented Guest 666 and reformed her into the form they are now, shown in the decoded message, "I Cannot Feel My Body. Why Is This Happening. Why Did You Leave Me Behind Noob." We made an old theory that the Spectre does torment a couple killers (C00lkidd specifically) and completely reforms them into its own liking. Remember, this entire realm was made simply for the Spectre's entertainment.
