he is basically a vampire who was captured by a priest and forced to help the priest with church mass and stuff
the priest also tries to make him revert to his religion but the vampire is very loyal to his god he worships so he tries not to give in
definitely not heavily inspired by Emlyn White from Lord of the Mysteries
