What Occazio would have become had his plan been successful. With his time-controlling powers amplified and having the Save/Load function thanks to the soul, he would have reached the zenith, becoming a being of unfathomable power with omnipotent control over time itself.
At that point, only three beings would be able to stop him, but it is very possible that his plans didn't stop at godhood considering the magnitude of his objective.
