Welcome to a long overdue October update! We have great news to share with you!
After 1 year, 3 months, and 11 days in which we have made 445 commits and changed 723 files and 59,922 lines of code, we are finally ready to share a sneak peek showing off the new NPC sub-system of the simulator:
We have now officially entered beta testing - a few more weeks to iron out eventual glitches, and Floating Sandbox 1.19.0 will be finally out!
We are quite excited to bring you the first version of Floating Sandbox with NPC support. This version will contain the bare minimum NPC engine functionality - enough to add a new dimension to the familiar Floating Sandbox physics. Subsequent versions will implement new behaviors, improve functionality, and add details to this new sub-system of the simulator.
