Basically I am making this poll to see if you people who still wants a Hugo reference is willing to have a Hugo reference be added with Yupoo since Yupoo is pretty much the same idea of a second Bart.
I just am not adding the old design back because I really hated that design because it doesn't look like a endo01 character at all.
This could be a situation like Miles "Tails" Prower where everyone just calls him Tails but his name was supposed to be Miles Prower.
