Ok guy's here's the current situation...
The game isn't cancelled, but it might have to start over. It was being developed in flash and flash player isn't supported anymore, I'm currently doing course's for C++, C#, and Javascript. I'm specifically learning C++ for Unreal Engine 4, and C# for Unity3D.
I'm also doing a 3D modeling course for blender as well.
I'm more focused on these right now, and who knows if everything go's well you may end up with a much better game.
Decided to try my hand at lip syncing for the first time. I think it went pretty well. (This doesn't mean the game WILL have voice acting, I just wanted to try to see if I could.)
Here's a hint at what you should expect to see by the end of the month if nothing happens to delay it. Some fans might recognise this from another fan game from years ago.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
