Ok hear my out.

I generally think both the old and new ninjago are both equally good. ( my opinion ok TvT )

I think they just made it different that cause of the after effects of that hands of time and because the movie came out


I dont know the exact reason why people hate the new one apart from it being abit childish which like you have to know it is a still a kids show but i dont mind
