Ok I need help! HOW DO I RIG THIS THING??? How do I make him move his hands and his legs? I tried to rig it but it didn't work! Please help me! Oh btw, when I try to select a bone(A SINGLE BONE) the whole armature is selected, what do I do?

It is my second animatronic. The first one is messed up simply because the armature doesn't want to work the way I want It to, any advice on how to make a "animatronic" armature? Anyway.. what do you think so far?
