tommania V1 launcher notes

it started in like 0.2sec

also the load time of launcher to tom mania was about 1 second

the game sometimes starts bugged

and for some reason, everything laucnhing directly after pre-1.0b doesnt work

ill go fix this, i hope the load time between clicking start and beign started stays fast like this

also illl fix the size it starts in or atleats try to and ill try to fix some other stuff like the fact there is no pause or flag button

i could make them in the menu but ill do it later

for tom mania itself ill just add a controlls menu and fix some bugs, and try to fix the random lag spikes that someitmes occur in LV2-3
