Everyone is wrapped with only two vines, exept papyrus, who is wrapped with four

We know that papyrus is holding back during his fight, and can be much more powerful

We also know that Flowey has seen multiple timelines

So does this mean that Flowey has seen papyrus’ full power, and it’s so much that Flowey is taking extra precautions to stop papyrus from doing something?!?!
