Due to the disappearances, the pizzaplex has been put on lockdown while Gregory was inside. The building ends up being on lockdown for 6 days, (the week you spend in-game,) and
Gregory comes back to the pizzaplex and hacks the animatronics A.I. to make them stop any disappearances. But, little did he know, they were still out to get him. (The A.I. change is the custom night btw.)

Ok, so, I thought I'd clear up any confusion with what's happening. So, here's an article on the story of Security Breach: Simplified and why Gregory is stuck in the pizzaplex for a week. Enjoy!
