I started with harmony and I already figured once I heard (young) dyne's voice that this would be messed up. wHAT DID THEY DO TO DYNE alex would be so disappointed

after watching the intro to harmony I skipped to the part in the one forest that I forgot the name of so we shall refer to it as nash would say THE SEA HAG'S FOREST

so yeah nash. after dyne, I didn't expect much. after alex, there was still a little bit of hope. at the grand moment of nash, i actually got up and walked away and had to sit at the table and deal with the fact that they could mess up his voice THAT MUCH

but oh silly me as I go further back into the silver star versions, it only gets worse. genuinely so bad that its painful to even consider it official work.

I will say the intro to harmony had funny ghaleon moments so that was cool yay but also they could have done a little better with ghaleon too

also one thing that pisses me off so much; the name pronunciations. ITS SO WRONG.

pain is a word that comes to mind.

when I went to find the dialogue sprite images for nash i offhandedly said 'y'know I think the best looking character in this game is nash.' 5 seconds later 'If I had to pick a second one it'd be nash.'

to move on... I do forgive the previous sins since they came out with the Lunar Remastered Collection and... babadada... FIXED?? WOAH? the voices. nash is back to being how he should have always been and is perfect once more so its okay but I need like to unhear the other voices of nash

also, to everyone that thinks lunar legend is the worst out of all of the remakes, you know you lied

personally I think it may just be the best actually. there's been no complaints from me about legend other than the general fact that I'm too impatient to level grind for so long but what can I do thats a requirement for these types of games
