Added an achievement system with there currently being 5 of them (sadly not GameJolt API)
Bug Fixes:
The shadows and the fog in level 1 are no longer the same sprite as Penguin, instead they're now part of the background
The shadows and the fog in level 3 now don't disappear when Bug appears

For the overhaul I've decided to completely remake the logo as well! So here it is, the third logo for C.E.A.S. Company!
