okay hi we're so back (read the article)


OKAY. my birthday stuff is finally over and I'm unwinding in bed and you know what me time with the wacom tablet means 😛😼 uh but I just wanted to talk about some design stuff too .. because I have so much fun planning out these really hyper specific scenes I have in mind

I've gotten so much better at my environments and designs over time and I'm finally to a point of really fleshing them out in cutscenes and backgrounds more than I used to..

it sounds silly but I've been really excited about . william's car. it's really relevant throughout the whole game but I've put a lot more thought into it recently like his freddy fazbear ash tray in the front , his fuzzy dice on the mirror, his beer bottles and food garbage everywhere, the nasty little toys in the seats 😭😭 I'm starting to doodle more of this and some shit like his ash tray is just rlly cool scene building to me because there's a scene act II of chapter 3 after an argument with the mci (animatronics at this point) and he throws a fit and shuts himself in his car to put a cigarette out on the face of freddy and it makes me giggle so bad but I just..think its neat.. whageva..

I think of so much random shit while making this game that it's like man whatever sure

THINKING of a new retcon right now... I Might just rename dr. scraptrap as dr. afton??? referencing how he's named in UCN but his design is still dr. scraptrap from the SB arcade thing .. I honestly fuck insanely with the ring of that .. my lord .. it makes more sense with the tboma lore for executioner in my opinion since they just call "scrap baby" elizabeth (or lizzie) , lefty is called charlotte (but the suit is still 'lefty' , and so on ?? let me know what you think about the names dr. scraptrap vs. dr. afton for a name

I'm working on improving a lot of my backgrounds for quality over quantity and having some rooms like.. returned to makes more sense to me rather than drawing every single room lmao I just want to improve some old ones

umm I need some more ambience still for background noise so not everything is always music ?

idk I'm doing stuff I dont feel like writing anymore

I think remaking the sprite system was still one of the best decisions I ever made old vs new above

I still use those old sprites and Im really glad I made them because it helped me design outfits and important traits of each design but GODDDD
