Okay I need some help yall

I'm working on my project and it was fine earlier but then I come back to it, I skip to the next shot I have to do as soon as I start up sfm and then I move the camera just a little and the whole thing crashes


I have the progressive refinement turned off at all times when I animate along with the AO

So what is happening??

Because if I can’t fix this, I may have to cancel the project Because it took way too much time already to do that and I don’t have the time, I’ve had to take breaks so I haven’t been working on it that much

I also have another problem

Now whenever I start up SFM The pop-up that comes up whenever you download an item from the workshop keeps popping up with every model. I have downloaded even though I already have everything downloaded, And I’ve had them downloaded and I’ve used them for like three months, what is wrong with my SFM?????

this is a very important thing and I’ve been working on this project for a while. I really don’t wanna lose it.
