I will release a patch for most of the bugs in PRE 4.Here is the Changelog in the patch(PRE 5):
Fixed Changelog always being shown.
-Removed debug shortcuts.

Removed title screen transition between characters.
Full screen by default
-Removed window heading.

Night number shows when you beat the game and start a new game.
+Added an ending title to the ending cutscene.
Story Mode is not gone! TSFH is going to be delayed. However, Story Mode is coming together at lightning speed!
