Wolf spirits, one of the most rare and beautiful creatures, found a baby in the enter of the forest. Nobody was there, just her, she where abandoned...
Her body was starting to lose warm. Since Wolf Spirits are made of light, their presence was enough to take the could away.
Taking the human baby back to society wasn't a choice, human is greedy and Wolfs are valuable treasures, the first moment humanity see the Wolves will try to cage them.
So they take the girl to the most deepest part of the forest, the human would be raised healthily and the spirits would be safe.
They named her Okamiko, the Wolf girl.
