I just remembered this one time I was close to having a stroke due to how high my heart rate was, all because I was in a public place. I was going to get my physical, and before all that, they have to check your heart rate, and the lady checking my heart rate said my heart rate was high to a threatening level. So, we had to wait for two minutes before I calmed down, even then, I was shaking and my heart rate was still high.
ERM. Yeah. That's me. I'm a rlly sensitive person, my own dad called me timid when he visited, and that was on the first day we even saw each other in four years, so, ig it's pretty obvious what type of person I am, with just a few moments of knowing me🧍🏻.
