[OLD] The Genus sprite is now Finished and Final!


The final sprite that’s going to be used for Genus has been made! As I said before, the Genus sprite that I uploaded before was just a concept. When we were deciding what sprite to use, we had two choices: one based off the concept, a tall sprite with a lab coat, and one that was more general and shorter, with the cloudy glasses, of course.

I decided to go with the more general Genus sprite because I felt that each of the humans that went into the Underground were ranging from very young (8-12) ages to teen (13-15) ages, but no higher or lower than that. Plus, the plan is that Genus is an intern, not an actual scientist, and that his teacher was the one who asked him to investigate the life forms near Mt. Ebott. And tbh, I like the look of this new sprite more than the other one, and most people seemed to agree.

So anyway, long story short, this is the character that you’ll be playing as in Undertale Purple. Let me know what you think, and special thanks to !Super Tails for making the sprite and so quickly too!

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
