This Oliver as Atlas from the Bioshock series, now Frank Fontaine made a secret Identity for himself in Bioshock so people would believe that he was dead so he can take over Rapture himself, and in this version of Bioshock x FPE Oliver calls himself Jake Paul as his identity.
