COOKIE INGREDIENTS:
(Make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients on the list bellow)*
2 cups of Powder sugar;
1 cup of butter (2 cubes) of softened butter;
One 15-ounce package of orange drink mix;
1 Egg;
Two 1/2 cups of flour;
1/2 teaspoon of salt;
1 teaspoon of cream of tartar;
1/4 cup of orange sugar sprinkles;
1 cup of chocolate dipping/wafers for the amazing cookie coating;
Blue and white M&Ms for decor.
PREPARATION TIME:
Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat, set aside.
Also, pour the orange sugar sprinkles in a medium size bowl, set it aside for later use.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, softened butter, dry orange drink mix and the egg. Stir until smooth.
Then, mix in the flour, salt and cream of tartar until well combined. Once the dough is done, get a roling pin use it to roll out the dough and sprinkle the sugar sprinkles, pressing into dough if needed.
Once that is finalized get the mold, attached to the post and use it as a base to cut the dough. Place the cookies on the parchment lined baking sheet and chill the dough for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Attention: Begin preheating the oven to 350 ºF or approx 177ºC (If you are young as for the help of a adult)
Place each Dough Freddy back on the parchment lined baking sheet. Proceed to bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
While that is happening, start melting the dipping chocolate in a glass bowl for 1 minute in the microwave. Add additional time in 15 second increments until the chocolate is smooth and melted. Be careful to not overheat and burn the chocolate
Once the chocolate is fully melted, decor your Freddy Cookie and place on parchment paper to cool and set for about 15 minutes.
Then all you have to do eat your refreshing treat!!!
