There's a war going on between The Joker and The Riddler. Interestingly enough, this is right around when Bruce proposed to Selina Kyle (Catwoman) and tells her this story before she accepts or declines.

I don't purchase DC Rebirth comics that much (unless they're on sale and with 2 reboots under their belt, quality comes into question) but I heard good things, so I have to pick this up and see for myself!
