The reason why the guy with Blonde Hair (Martyn) got a flashback to 3 seasons earlier when Scott (Blue Haired guy) said “We’re just going to fist fight like our forefathers Scar and Grian” is because Martyn remembered his first loyalty was to Ren (the guy in the flashback) and Ren was enemies with Scar and Grian

So basically Martyn was like “Nah, I’d win.” and he actually won by killing both Scott and Impulse (the other guy next to Scott)

The eyes that show up throughout this part are Watchers

Watchers are basically from another SMP called Evo that the creator of this one made
