One Week at Lightning's: Anniversary Edition is a horror game developed by @Highcell 
It was given the age rating of XAR.12 for horror.
HORROR:
One Week at Lightning's Anniversary Edition contains some horror elements.
The game takes places in what it seems an old restaurant with animatronics in them and maybe a few human characters, which look cartoony.
There are 2 versions of each other character, and while the first version doesnt look very scary, the second and final version have their designs more torned. Specially the character "Red" having blood coming out of their eyes.
There isnt much outside of that but blood in a game can be a bit complicated, which is why is getting this age rating.
The game has jumpscares and loud noises that could probably scare the player.
