This is the saints row 2 mission Red Asphalt's end cutscene, where Carlos got injured by getting chained to a brotherhood truck, dragged across the street in a high speed chase, and having to be put out of his misery by the player. AKA the perfect formula to put eternal dream in, AAAND SCAR EVERYONE!
