Open Alpha!


That’s right, the full alpha is now playable by anyone!(except Mac users, I’m sorry!)
Full gamepad support, mining, playing for more than an in-game year.
All of the restrictions are lifted!

Mind you, this is only for the Alpha, once we hit Beta the game will be priced and sold for cash money, honey. Until then though, enjoy Homestead!

I know in the past I have forgotten to update it here a lot. There is a new update cycle now though. Every 1st and 15th of the month. Expect more content in the coming weeks!

Also, Linux builds.

GamePads, Biatch! Play with your favourite gamepad! Support is technically limited to Xbox pads, both 360 and One, but should work with any Xinput pad. Have fun, and check the Key Map for controls!

Here's a peaceful little forest scene for this #screenshotsaturday, from the beginning of the game.

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
