mom? (the young child sounds scared and confused) mom?!? (more panicked) Wh-where am I? where’s m-my mom?!? (the scene is now visible as a hotel room) I-I have to get h-home! and f-find my mom!

where the hell is it? (a voice from outside the room) you said it was at the diner (scared, the child whimpers hiding under the bed in fear) I swear ——- if it isn’t here…. (the door opens and footsteps come towards the bed)

(the child gets out from under the bed and runs out the door) Why am I here? (heavily breathing) Shouldn’t I be at home? in my room? I-I don’t understand….
