Added a little way to know when the flash beacon is ready to be used again, the lever will automatically slowly go back up and once it's all the way up that means it's ready!!

FINALLY remade what was always meant to be a temporary lever model

brighter eyes definitely looks creepier but also doesn't really fit, i'm trying to find a happy medium place
