i dont mean it as it's a bad game i mean as in the way the game was made in game design. things to be clear
i don't hate outcome
no this isn't me just trashing the game
it's a good game but designed very poorly
the maps are bad but look good: the player has no real way of telling were to go there way to big and didd't seem to be made with a lot of thought of:
ok how is the player going to know where to go?
and where the invisable walls are.
and how to make it satisfying to play though
there are ways around this redesigning the maps as not a full redsign. but maybe some meshes changed up here and there. and deleteing a few invisable walls. or putting a sign down.

on to the Balancing.
some of the survivoirs are fine but there are a few werid ones killers as well.
why can kolossus? hit someone in ragdoll? he's a high damage character who already does. well. high damage. even though it makes since it's not really good. when you can just 2 tap combo a player in game design (also he is almost impossible to stop when targeting). tails doll has to many mines he/she can put down you can just spam mines on the exit in a one map with "her". 2011x isn't even a hard unless given a good player as the killer: fleetway is fine with being more overpowered why? because you can kill him. giveing him a more overpowerd move set but with a massive draw back is good game design (which on one of the few cases where the game design was good) all you need is a good team with fleetway.
survivors:
metal: has a long stun move but it can also be stun stacked his stun is 8 seconds(i'll get more into this later.)
sonic: hes mostly fine all you have to do is jump over spindash or juke it if you know how. though his moveset is like a ambush. which is werid as well since his moves are suppose to help others (also im not going to get into lms since i just dont know how they fully work yet)
amy: i dont really know about her. she as low hp but is also rng (shes fine but then again it's more meh idk what to put here)
blaze: she's perfect her stuns do decent time and her abiltty's are ok as well
sliver: okay so is flying makes since. just why is he able to get to places the killer can't get to? his rocks are okay at best.
tails: okay he's fine he's a sniper so okay however for whatever reason his hp is too low
but there's also the same problem with sliver why can he get to somewhere the killer cant get to?
eggman: good not perfect but good. self abiltty's okay
cream: perfect. you just need to be good at the game. shes a healer shes ment to have low hp
knuckles: hes fine just hes knuckles just give him 5 more hp or something.
(now heres how i think the survivors should be fixed make it so that you can't stun stack with metals charge only the other surviviors they can stun stack put some walls up in the map so that sliver and tails cant be put out of the killers range not as in killer can hit them more in cant fly out of the map as for metal again sine he cant stun stack just give him sonics run speed tails just give him 14 more hp and lower his stun by 1.5 or 2.5 seconds shadow was removed so i dont really have to talk about him right now sonics spin dash just make it so he can't jump but can back walk with s that's really all i have to say about the survivors)
killers: i'll be useing short term names for thee killers K: make it so he cant hit radolls thats really all for him maybe also make it so that his move can be seen where ever your at i mean a player indicator ONLY for him) already know there is one just something for him since he does high damage) tails doll: okay so this would be the perfect killer if she couldn't place like 20 mines down. JUST GIVE HER A 3 MINE CAP so if she places more then 3 down the other mine: random of the 3 that were place down 1 of them would disapair from that place refilling the spot of the one she just placed down. OR for a more simple way just give the players a way to escape the mine by useing a time key Q or E or S not everyone can disable a mine if a survivor has a trowable move or cannon blast they wont be given these time keys. 2011x IS ALREADY getting a rework so im not going to get into him.
and finally HITBOXES.
killers: remember the players cant see them. so when the killer does a meelee attack the hit box for that should last a bit shorter then that sound. the hit box for the killers meelee should be in front of the exe (without lagging behind. and a bit smaller then the survivors.
for trowables make it smaller then the trowable but also without lagging behind. beams should have hitboxs that are as big as it but without LAGGING BEHIND.
for players make there hit box as big as sonics torso just a bit bigger then the hitbox for the meelee i suggested so the players can still jump over and the exe can still hit them ALSO killer K hitbox meelee should be the same size of that player since hes bigger and eggmans hit box bigger as well. also players hit boxes SHOULD NOT LAG BEHIND its a bad idea unless you have a masterplan. which is going to be very badly executed 90% of the time
note: why do most survivors only rush and hit? just make them have stats moves whats that? something that just changes durability hp or seeing the monter like passives
ALSO NOTE: i like this game i dont hate it i'm just pointing out some of it's flaws and how to fix them theres also other ways to fix these one more thing make the killers 1 step faster then the players slowly but faster but slower then they run in game currently but with tails doll make her the fastest since she flys. at least 5 steps faster with K just 3 steps faster fleet way 4 steps faster 2011 X 1 step faster or lower if its too fast also pls we need a bug update and a performance update for the moblie players now im not sure if this is a hot take if you do have a problem with it which i did say i wanted to nerf the killers a lot but i do say to that. 2011X needs a big buff and maybe tails doll's meelee attack if she has one by maybe by 1.2 damage now if there is hate towards this post please give constructive criticism and not just hate comments i know this is going to be spelled werid its a REALLY long post also dont harass the devs they are trying their hardest also their dev team is against each other which is why they take so long. so do calm down a bit this is a post this is just a opinion you'd be surprise on how many people just hate for the sake of hating and still hate after they hear a good response. thank you for you're time. AND ONCE A AGAIN i do not hate outcome i'm also good at outcome. for those who were going to say you just are bad at the game.
