The reasons of name change:
The logo of TF2 Classified is changed from brown to straw, which is a shade of yellow.
Farming and agriculture are involved in both TF2 and UTY.

At the end of Employer Route, Miss Pauling's S.O.U.L. (which is actually a respawn device) has broken, so after she went on a new mission to terminate Mann Sisters, Eli gave her an upgraded S.O.U.L.
By the way, I haven't decided about the SOUL color in Overtime: Mann vs. Machine, which is chronogically the third installment after OT and OTS. The old titlescreen with brown SOUL may change.
