Papyrus and one of his text sprites!
Papyrus no longer talks in papyrus font, and doesn’t only talk in capitals.
He frequently speaks Spanish and isn’t as nice as his undertale counterpart.
However, he is trying to be a nicer person.

Bogs been scrapped for the game :/
Only deltarune characters would be in Deltatale.
But, expect to see him in another game releasing soon.
