CORE ENGINE

Added background functionality for 6 new characters

MERCENARIES

New Mercenary: Phoenix the Journalist

Assassin Mercenary who does a little bit of everything

Base:

Weapon Type: Book
Slot Type: Normal
Max HP: 440
Max MP: 100
Physical Damage: 17
Physical Armor: 14
Spell Damage: 16
Spell Armor: 15
Speed: 21
Luck: 24

Skills:

Silent Shackles:

Deal 2x Spell Damage and Silence an enemy for 2 turns.

Book Toss:

Throws a book at an enemy, dealing 4x Physical Damage and Stun the target for 1 turn.

Intense Studying:

Passive: Phoenix knows her enemy’s weaknesses, reducing the Armor of all enemies by 4%.

Test of Wisdom:

Heroic: Phoenix Taunts all enemies and becomes Immune for 1 turn.

New Mercenary: Mitch the Warlord

Warrior Mercenary who charges into the fray, and uses TP instead of Mana

Base:

Weapon Type: Axe
Slot Type: Normal
Max HP: 503
Max MP: 10
Physical Damage: 16
Physical Armor: 14
Spell Damage: 10
Spell Armor: 10
Speed: 27
Luck: 29

Skills:

Taunt:

Gain Taunt for 3 turns. Reduce Physical Damage by 20%, and increase Physical Armor by 20%.

Charge:

Deal 4x Physical Damage to an enemy, move to the Frontline and Stun them for 1 turn.

Intense Conditions:

Passive: Mitch take 20% less damage from Unnatural sources and is Immune to Bleed.

Battle Cry:

Heroic: Reset the Cooldowns on Mitch’s skills, and gain 15 TP for each skill reset. This skill cannot reset itself.

Notes:

This is our first double mercenary release. Yay!
Mitch is our first mercenary who uses TP. We plan to make use of TP more in the future as well.

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
