Fixed bug in local scoreboard display
Fixed bug where hitting 2 rainbow blocks on top of each other with a single white ball would sometimes not trigger one of the rainbow blocks
Tweaked black ball spawn chance at high score levels
Increased the point bonus for blocks destroyed by rainbow blasts and bombs by 10
Added bonus points for setting off a bomb using a rainbow blast
