-settings save now, double click to turn them off in the options menu, F11 and F12 to turn on and off fullscreen respectively and V and D to turn on and off VSync respectively
-added panorama effect in options to be consistent with the Android port
-added Chaos Mode and a third star
-nerfed all animatronic move timers
-optimized some code
-changed zoom value of panorama to 200

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
